Yes, we are continuing to go through changes at F2F. And looking to completely change website to reflect our new partnership with Covenant. While still F2F we have now taken over the expedite division for Covenant Transport Solutions.

On our side, we have no age limits on tractors however, we are getting tighter on older tractors and people having the funds for repair.

In terms of standards; 2-years, no felonies, no DUI's in 10 years, no excessive speed in past 3 years, 1 ticket in 3 years.

Thanks for the response Bill. I haven't been able to locate any details regarding how contracts with driver are structured, is there a post on this forum that talks about it? %? Co. Dispatch or Self Dispatch? Settlements (i.e., paid when Co. paid shipper/broker or?)? Fuel? Etc?

Me: 2 years driving at the end of August, 38 y/o with family, based out of Southern Ca, but planning to relocate to AZ sooner than later, No tickets/accidents/negative Dot inspections, been searching for the right Ca Compliant Used Rig to pull the trigger on for a month or so, talking with Schneider recruiter about Choice Program, but exploring options that exist.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

I can answer some of your questions

    1/ self dispatch
    2/ settlements weekly
3/ Fuel can be taken out of the weekly settlement.

One of the newer guys who leased on or Bill will be on later to answer any questions you have.

How would a driver's CSA score play into the standards?

Likely very little expedite will ever be posted on open load board. This is premium freight and we get a lot of problem carriers from these boards. But willing to work with outside carriers that understand the nature of our business. Service, service, service.
