That would be correct. Many drivers remain unpaid.

    The truth always prevails.

Don't know anything about it. I'm an O/O not a company liason. I've been to the office once in the last 4 years, and that was 3 offices ago. They do their thing and my business with them ends at my bottom line. I do communicate with about 20-30 other drivers at F2F and after MaxTrans came in and half the office staff was cut I've heard of every little transgression against the O/O's, but late pay, other than a one day hiccup the week they switched to McLeod, hasn't been an issue for them or myself.

Well apparently you weren't on the 'late pay list'.

    Several drivers are owed money.

20-30 drivers would account for approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of the fleet.

I'm surprised you weren't aware of any of this.

Actually, I told them to hold my pay until it was sorted out. I went about 3 months without weekly settlements.

I hadn't heard anything about the OP in the thread that was linked.

You told them to hold your pay, and they haven't payed you regularly in 3 months. And your still there. This is the perfect example why most truck drivers arnt good business people. They operate on emotions not logic.
