Shoot, I'll take a picture of my speedometer tomorrow when it's cycling on and post it here as well. You'll see a pumpkin cascadia going 100+ too

The ecm said my shaker would do 94. Put it in the 80's in Utah. But what if, at that moment in time, a steer tire separates when your driving the fastest truck fastest?

Fastest I've got one was 110 allegedly...

Gearing starts becoming a real problem when you get up there unless you purposely spec'd the truck to run triple digits.

crb, 7-UP and Lepton1 Thank this.

Not sure why company drivers are so obsessed with going fast. I've had triple digit trucks. I generally set the cruise at 70 and let er roll. More than that is generally just being wasteful.

Who wonders this? I thought it to be common knowledge.

The ATA has lobbied for congress to require E-logs and now speed limiters to "level" the playing field because their low cost churn the newbies every 6 months business strategy has lead to some unfortunate side effects. Relentless incompetence across the majority of their workforce mainly.

Corporations are far easier to regulate and ensure compliace for the Gov't anyways so they are more than happy to oblige. The little guy is really just a pain in the rear.

What other things do they wonder?

    I wonder...
