When any of you are on I-40 in Tennessee, you gotta stop at the TA Express at the 288 in Cookeville. The Mexican restaurant and food there is fantastic. A lot better than your typical truck stop garbage.

I went to ATS in Charleston to pick up a load going to Hamburg, IA tomorrow. Right on the Missouri border on I-29. Planning to take 61 to 36 to 29 after STL to avoid the BS on I-70 and KC. Same distance.

I will then saunter to CB to spend the night, and take a load out of the yard going to Four Oaks for Wednesday. Not quite sure where I want to take my 34 at yet.

Came out of the house Tuesday, deadheaded to Kernersville, Nc and picked up a broker load of empty John Deere racks. Only 5Klbs, going to Seward, Ne..

Kicked that off Thursday, grabbed a preloaded trailer out of Aurora going to Columbia, Sc for a drop tomorrow. From there I will pick up a load out of Maxton, Nc (Merritor, not Campbells) going to Ottawa, Ks.. This was a pretty regular run a few years ago, glad to see it show up again.

I'm assuming lease operater trucks are governed at the same speed as company trucks?

Currently under a Merritor load out of Maxton. My first time picking up there.

You are correct, some guys are grandfathered in at 75mph. But about two years ago anyone that chose to lease a truck were set at 68mph. At the end of the lease they can turn their trucks up to 75mph.

    cdavis188 Thanks this.

How often do you guys change out the batteries in your PrePass? I put new ones in near the end of February when I got my current truck. Mine still works fine but I'm wondering if I should change them soon or if I'm still good for awhile.

    BigR Thanks this.

So if you own your truck or finance it another way, you can run at 75mph?
