    I say fatigue. Fatigued driver never even saw the signs, or he saw them but they didn't register.
    Seemed like about 5 years ago I was almost killed by more Fed Ex drivers than anyone else, I remember they had these " safest drivers " or something like that, stickers on all their trailers, and I used to think that's a load of horse crap.
    I bet the dude was just zombied out, brain never registered the warning signs. He was just following his GPS.

    I'll take the Bill Engvall route....

    I didn't know FudEx delivered bridges...maybe they should have used a flatbed to transport bridges not the top of a pup...
