So i recently got an offer to work for a fedex contractor pulling doubles, they told me they usually require drivers to have 6 months minimum to get hired on but they’ll take me on with me having only 1 month of experience, did drug test background check, watched training videos, & now I can’t even get in contact with anyone from the company they don’t return my text or calls. I was told they’re waiting on a hiring manager to set me up with another driver to train with but it’s been a whole month now, & haven’t heard anything. What’s the point of them spending money on my urine screen & background check just to not even contact me again

Yep, it's peak season. It's coming to an end now and everybody in charge is going on vacation. Check back mid January.
