FedEx Ground background check

Got to go meet with contractor to do application. I told him I had a felony and told him my charge. He checked with the safety office and they told me they didn't know if it would stop me or not, so they told me to come in do application and set what happens. I want to know what is likely to happen.

 

I don't worry about those. They do what they do. In other words there isnt much of anything for them to find.

 

When I was hired about 3 years ago they didn't hire if you had a felony, but they changed a lot of their rules on working there. Good luck!

 

Do they hire felons?

 

I know a driver they hired that had a 20-something year old felony.

How long it take them do background check

 

It took a couple of weeks to hear back from them.

 

Ok thanks I just have a 4 year old felony and some saying they hire some say they don't hire don't know who to believe.
