Don't know. I have put eyes on his card it is current. He also has an X endorsement on his CDL. I also know for a fact he was charged and convicted for Murder. I know about that TSA list. Makes a person wonder about how great those background checks are huh.

It may have 'Justifiable Murder' which is what some states call self-defense etc.

Good luck charging someone with treason today. Jane Fonda could get a TWIC card.

I took a minute and looked into my files and looked up the index card where I keep this guys email address and phone number. I remember writing on my card his charge. Georgia code § 16-5-1. If you google this you will find that is Georgia's felony murder code. Like it said, how much faith do you put into these TSA background checks now?

The code says if convicted that the punishment is death or life in prison. He isn't in prison so something happened.

Yes, he got life. However life don't really mean life much anymore. He got paroled way back in the 80s and released from parole about 20 years later. This guy is not 30 years old. If I remember right he is in his late 70s and is as strong as an ox.

Did you see his legal paperwork probably not really murder because even if he did have it prior they would take it from him after murder or other listed offenses. I just applied for my twic that's how I know

This man was convicted of murder in the 60s. He was paroled in the 80s. I know about his charge it was murder. I can't say why but he does have a TWIC card. Oh and he does go onto a lot of military bases. Fully cleared to enter that secure area. I'm mystified by it myself, however I have seen that TWIC card. Like I said those background checks are not 100% perfect.
