Female Trucker Found Dead

Strange. Truck is on side of Interstate, door is locked, and she's found murdered outside the truck. If she pulled over to check her equipment then why did she take the keys and lock door? Maybe a fight with boyfreind ended badly.

 

Mechanical problems or stopped to help another trucker or motorist?

 

I always lock the doors when I get out.

I've seen people stop and try to get into the truck while I was doing a walk around, people stop and yank out the trailer licence plate light while I was getting in the truck (that's just petty), other drivers loading next to you grabbing some of your gear if left on the deck right before they pull out and you are on the other side.

She just encountered someone that sucked more.

 

if i ever stopped on the side of the road, i always kept the drivers door locked, and i went out the passenger side.

too many assumptions as to what happened.
maybe her company can elaborate if she was part of a team, or had a passenger, like boy friend, husband, etc.

maybe she had to make a "pit stop", and had to find some bushes, and a thug was waiting for her...??

(that would be a reason for the locked doors, if she was away from the truck.)


we may never know.
