    I may have misread it.

    I am leased to a company which provides discounts (have to use the company EFS card though) at Love's TA/Petro and Pilot/FlyJ. I just log into the portal and compare which chain offers the biggest discount and plan accordingly.

    It would be to your advantage to fuel in higher fuel tax states like California and avoid getting fuel in Oregon and other states that don't charge fuel tax at the pump.
