Finally been doing interviews this week and bumping docks. Sucks. Especially sucks when you know what you’re trying to do but the hiring manager or whoever is telling you to turn the wheel. Rant over.

The first 12 to 18 months of your CDL career pretty much sucks.
Get used to it......
That's why the first-year washout rate for new drivers is somewhere in the 80-90% range.
