Dearabbey I am having so much trouble with them can I give you my email and discuss your situation and possibly use your lawyer?

 

hey i have been with this people on 2015 and my contract ended in feb 2016. i gave them 60 days notice and i i thought i was done with them. i closed my company the whole 2016 and decide it to open it now. i open my company and i tried to factory from brokers like chrobinson and tql. but they all said you need to get release form financial carrier services. and i end up calling FCS and asking them for release. i they told me to speak to some one in the legal team so i did. this lady named kimberly told me that she well not give me the release because i need to pay for some brokers who end up paying them short. well i said what is the money owed fro me to pay and she said theres 500 dollars that some of you brokers paid short. i said okey i well pay that.she say nooo theres interest rate and late fee and technicaly your contract did not expire do to owing us money and termination fee and legal fee. it all added up to 6500. woow. see how they are highway robbery. now I'm in the middle of needing my release and they telling me i have to pay them this money. did any one experience this. can any one help me out. do you know any lawyer that can help me out. i need your best advice you can give me. what i can do to get my release letter from them. who do i complain too. thank you and please reply.

 

Do not trust this factoring company at all! I had finished my contract with this company with lots of problems after many years of doing business with them.
The legal contract that is drawn up is not common English and is used in punishing you under their interpretations of the language to charge very large termination fee's.
The Secretary of the State of North Carolina did not find any records at all that Financial Carrier Services had filed a UCC-1 under my business or my personal name. The factoring company sends out NOA(notice of Assignments) to brokers/company's that will be under the impression that the factoring has a lien on your accounts receivable when it just may not.
The termination of factoring is no where written in the contract that is discribe the process and fee's of cancellation. It is under the vague interpretations the cost that will be applied to your account that You will have to pay.
You will not be able to get a Notice of Release as your customers are following Uniform Commercial Code law.

It is questionable under the terms and conditions that this operation is in violation of the law and could warrent a class action suit under it's practice's.

I would encourage anyone that is useing this factoring company to consider that there business is in jeopardy if you rely on them for your daily operations if you decide to terminate.
