I think they have to pull a Clearing house query. CSA and PSP I don’t think so. I’ve never pulled either on myself as an O/O. Every other requirement I have.
Fired for going 15 over on a 6% grade.

I don't know who changed the name of my thread or who has the ability to, but that seems a little petty to me.

I don't know either (one of the mods I'm sure), but it will help in the future when drivers look through the thread titles for answers. And it's accurate, so what's the problem?ncmickey Thanks this.

The last time I was pulled over was on I-44 in Rolla Mo, a state trooper was rolling slower than me, after I passed him and turned on my right turn signal and moved over in front of him, he pulled me over and said my right turn signal wasn’t working when I came over in front of him, but it seems to be working now.
While have you here I’ll go ahead and give you a roadside inspection
I passed his inspection and was free to go

Some time things are just slow, and you are forced to "generate busyness".

A cop can write anything he wants on a piece of paper. It doesn't make someone guilty though. It's not on your driving record so it's not a conviction and no need to list it when asked about traffic convictions from the past three years.
Any future employer will see it when they pull your PSP so don't lie about your previous employment at all. I would also take your current employer up on the offer of saying you quit instead of getting fired too.
Insurance companies focus more on driver's record than anything else. I won't lecture you on speeding in a big truck but that cop did you a favor IMO. Good luck!Peace_Maker Thanks this.
