Flat or Step at Landstar? Trailer specs?

Going back to LS, I’ve done both in the past, just wanting to get some opinions on trailer specs. I’m leaning towards a 53’ step tri axle. Can y’all help me with pros and cons? Your valued opinions will be greatly appreciated!

53-90 extendable. 2 or 3 axle.
RGN, low profile.

In that order.

Wouldn’t bother with regular step or flat. Just my 2c on what I see here.
