I don't think they're terrible, but they aren't as good as they could/should be compared to other freight. Plus factoring in inflation on inputs....yeah....it kinda sucks.Brettj3876 and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this.

I was doing some research today on lanes that I run. I was looking over several trailer types. The rates are really consistent between Van/flatbed across the board at the moment. Van rates will probably take a dive after Christmas but will rebound when the supply chain starts coming back online. If you can hire a co-driver and run a reefer you could really make bank at the moment.

I’ve got access to pretty decent reefer loads but the truck can sit in the yard with buckets on the stacks before I put a driver in itbamanation, Cat sdp and shooter19802003 Thank this.

By spring time everything from these covid shutdowns will be caught up, $1.50/mile will be a great paying load by then
