RIGHT NOW Florida rates are way up on reefer. Won't last, but I sure do find it interesting that these threads get started just when rates are up.....

Have strawberries started? I share rates and rate cons with a handful of close friends who do the same. I don't share anything like that publicly with my competition. It doesn't really bother me what my competition is hauling for be it low or high. They either have it figured out or not. Not my problem.

What is a good rate from FL right now for reefer? Down there right now and I wanna get a fair rate for my truck. Looks like loads are going to $2/mile but there are so many of them I feel like i can get more. Any help? Maybe commodity will effect the rate as well
EDIT: forgot to mention, going into PA

Even with two drops this load from Saturday looks pretty good.

So you spend a day loading, then drive overnight to unload two stops the next day. This calls for a team. 2800 is nice. But... erm I prefer a PA or NY delivery for twice that and a couple days to do it.

2 days to do 600 miles? Pick up morning, delivery next day if the estimated mileage is accurate
