not the first place i've started....but it sure would help.

might help those drivers to clean off the lenses once in a while too. Again, sitting in Lancaster, the truck wash isnt open on weekends (how dumb is that?) but when another driver heard me talking about how i hand washed my company truck once in a while when i was on hometime, he said "cha....i never washed my company truck. if they wnat it washed they can do it." Little does he realize that in the company handbook it says the driver is responsible for the safe operation and cleanliness of the vehicle.

even if it didn't, i told him that i guess i was just 'weird' for not wanting to drive around in a dirty nasty lookin' truck. Other drivers wouldnt care about the name on the side of the truck, they'd just look at it like "look at that driver driving around in a dirty az truck....says alot about them"

okay...here is one....if you're going to be one of these BBR-swift drivers who want to run with their fog lights on in broad daylight just because you either think it looks cool, or because you dont know the difference between just having your headlights on, and that extra 'click' to turn on your fog lights............either way........if you're going to have them on........

......................................at least do a proper pre-trip and know that one of them are burned out...ok??? running with them on, still makes you look dumb. Running with them on, and not knowing one burned out.....makes you look even MORE dumb.

ok....to be technical.....fog lights are amber. your driving lights are for driving....those would also be called "headlights".

running with them on in the daylight, or parked in a truck stop or terminal, just makes you look dumb......just sayin'.

The reason they are dull is due to the drivers using the windshield sponge to clean their fuel tanks then the next driver trying to use it to clean the headlights.

hence it helps to handwash your truck once in a while...either yourself or blue beacon's. I almost always 2-3x a week, take out Windex multi-surface cleaner and a couple clean paper towels to the lenses. Not really that hard. Some drivers wont, because they're lazy. Then they use the f^g lights, and wonder why they're getting picked on at 2p when there isnt a cloud in the sky.
