Didnt know where to actually put this. Thought it be a good reminder for new drivers.
Coming back from palmdale ca to acton ca and saw a chp pull over a pick up truck pulling a open box trailer. I saw he had what seemed to be 2x4 hangimg out the front of trailer.
He should have it hangimg out the top at the back of trailer. All 4 sides of trailer were enclosed except for top. And he didnt tie them down.
Went about .5 mile and saw some boards on freewy. He was northbound. Wonder what the tix be and how much?
At least load not propèrly secured. Littering freeway?
For new drivers
