Two things.
two days ago, I left my cell phone on the bumper of my truck. I don't know how it stayed. I drove 3 miles and realized I didn't have my phone. I pulled over to check my trailer (with rental trencher on it) and there was my phone. Whewww.
This has happened to me 2 times now. I tarped a customers equipment and didn't need a 3rd tarp, so I left it on the headache rack. I have driven off 2 times each over 100 miles and remembered I didn't strap the tarp down on the rack. Pulled over and the tarp didn't move. Lucky Lucky Lucky.. -
That's why you only grab your winch bar once.
rank Thanks this. -
I've been good so far, but I have a terrible case of "Did I leave the stove on?" OCD.
-
You and me both.
With my winch bar, if I ever laid it on the deck I always left half of it hanging off the side of the trailer, you always see that in your mirrors. -
Or just don't lay it on your deck to begin with. Do all your straps, then grab the bar once.

Someone left a shop rag in the radiator inlet of my Pete. Does that count?

I'm pretty sure it's rated for the pressure so it's a performance enhancer not left behind equipment.
I could be wrong though. I'm a driver not a mechanic.taxihacker66 Thanks this. -
