Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with the GTI Freightliner Cascadia trucks. I'm looking into buying one. Thanks in advance.

Apparently US Express just dumped a bunch of 2014 Cascadia's on the Select Truck lots! My friend just bought one that has a lot of warranty, including towing still on it!
Cw5110 Thanks this. -
Not sure if they use the 'e-apu' system like Crete does but if not, can be sure there was plenty idling done on an engine that should not idle.
I know from seeing a dudes rig as he was climbing into it they have jack for gauges...bare bones bro.
If I were you I would be looking at ex Walmart tractors, very well maintained & driven.Cw5110 Thanks this. -
gti trucks are spec'd decent. tripack apu, in cab fifth wheel release, air bag gauge, nicer air ride seats
heartland trucks are indeed bare bones. all cheap midroofs, wouldn't want to spend a few extra dollars on something as trivial as driver comfort! the internationals have either a bunk heater or a battery pack type apu. the shakers have opti idle.
however they have bought new Cascadia condos and even 500 brand new kw T680s! I'm surprised mike gerdins butt didn't permanently clench shut when he saw the billCw5110 Thanks this. -
There are many Heartland's Cascadias for sale now. Mostly 2019 MY. Guys you must know how often these trucks had oil changes? Any info about Heartland truck maintenance would be appreciated.
