Yep, sometimes it's just best to rest. Lack of sleep, combined with stress, will wipe out the human mind/body in no time flat.

I wouldn't care to lease an O/O on to my company. I will be the dispatcher and while he is resting up after unloading I will be getting him another load. You don't know how much that means until you have to do the load finding your self, no rest at all.

JonJon.....that wrench you are using to work on your truck with, does it have a model number? I am thinking about purchasing one..

You are forgetting the Tarriffs. If you noticed just before the trade war started it was a massive spike because companies were trying to move as much as they could before the Tarriffs hit them..

Don't you guys remember seeing flatbed after flat bed of aluminum going down the road 2 months ago? See them anymore? It's same with food and everything else..

Now the Tarriffs are here and its hitting the freight market because orders are now down.

I’m a company dweeb and we’ve been inundated with freight for big online/brick and mortar retailers and big package delivery services. My DM said we need 20 drivers for our terminal like yesterday.

Sadly I believe our cheap freight pricing hurts you guys. Sorry.

How do you know how much load is paying? Youre company driver like you've said so yourself so theres no way you'd know how much it pays for sure. Even if youre owner op for that company they can lie to you on rate cons and double broker it just like they do at most other companies ie System Transport. Those scumbags rip off all the company and owner ops.

    That’s why I said “sadly I believe...”

I have no clue in all actuality, then again neither do you, nor do you know if they’re scumbags or not. The people I work directly with are not scum bags and I’d appreciate you not labeling all of them like that. Thank you.

My company im leased on to they have company freight for owner ops . Ex A load going 525mi East in PA pays 1325.00 or 950.00 on % to truck. But i can book the same load from a broker off DAT for 2000 all day or 1400 to the truck.
