I think freymiller once was good but now since they are trying to hit mega status they are going to the toilet

Hey bro, I'm thinking about going with FM too, for a refresher. Let me ask you something, is your truck with the trainer basically a team? I had that experience and never went back because of it. I need a little downtime to exercise and what not. Whats it like there?

I can’t speak for all trainers of course, but my understanding from orientation is the trainer must be in the passenger seat and be “on duty” when you’re driving. My trainer does so, due to averaging 11-1200 mile trips we split it but not splitting it as a team. There is no teaming while training. Of course I’m sure there are some trainers that might. ( don’t know) if you have specific questions you’re welcome to PM me or ask publicly here.

When finished with training do you think they will give you a choice between automatic or a manual transmission truck?

    Speed_Drums Thanks this.

I hear it varies based on experience and other factors. Mine is .43 and goes to .45 on the first day of my 7th month

I’ve been told since I’m training in an automatic, that they’ll give me an automatic. You don’t really get a choice. You get what’s available. And due to covid that ain’t much. Ew guys are complaining about the trucks because peterbilt and Kw haven’t released the trucks the company has ordered, so we have I think it’s around 100 new trucks on order that we haven’t got yet so we’re still running around in 2017-2018 models. But it’s a small company so you just get what truck is available.
