Friday the 13th

I was coming up 75 after a run to Charlotte the night before. Was that you?

 

I was on the southbound side past exit 25 in the middle of the hill.

 

Unfortunately, a lot of breakdowns this week. You should have stopped at the London Travel Plaza and had a plate of their meatloaf. All would have been right with the world.

Seriously though, very sorry you had to go through that mess.

 

I managed to go all day without realizing it was Friday and the thirteenth! Must be old age...

 

I wish I could but I busted coolant hose and I was dead in the water right there. Screwed up my delivery last night, but I was able to reschedule for tonight and got a backhaul tomorrow. Day late, but that’s trucking. Gotta love/hate it

 

It's just another day.

 

Broke down exactly there in Franklin, Ky. Fortunately, there was a dealer in Bowling Green, but the wrecker and I didn't get there until 2:30 am. That idiot was going 75 dragging my whole rig loaded.

 

Rained a lot in the desert of I 40 today ..cal and Az ...nothing exciting beyond that .

 

A/C crapped out rolling into Laredo. Next load going to central Cali....driving nights, sleeping days, 1600 mile trip, 1500 of it is desert...gave up the load...

Don't think Friday 13th had much to do with it...murphys law prevails here...
