Good Luck finding anything but junk for $15k. I saw one recently at auction sell for less. It was a 04 that didn’t run. I suggest going up to $40-$45k if possible. You can find a real nice one. Still cheap. 355’s 24.5 lo pro is common. With a 12.7 in the hills, 370’s would be good also. Or 355’s with 22.5 lo pro’s. for similar results.

 

Facebook marketplace. Search all over. You won’t get much for 15. Would have to save something from going to junkyard…..ask me how I know lol.

 

Find one with a running engine, rears you like and a 10 speed

should be way cheaper, then swap in the 13 speed.

You arent finding a 13 speed thats cheap and decent because if it has a 13, someone knew what they were doing, so it isnt junk.

15k is scrap metal weight junk with very rare exceptions

 

I hate FB marketplace.
Always get people asking stuff like this.

Or saying they’ll pay 7 or 9k.
I’ve got in it what i’m asking, no more.

Then they want to do a check.
Only check i’ll take is a certified one.
Some don’t like that .

 

I’ll keep an eye out for you. There’s one I pass once in a blue. If I see the owner, I’ll see if he’s selling it. Will let you know.

 

Schedule an inspection, oil sample and either bank check or cash. It can be that simple. People like to be complicated for some reason.
