I don't know where there's leak. I've tightened bolts, rubber cap is on tight and front hubs still seeping a bit of fluid.

Try removing that cover. So you can see the hub. You may need new seal.

If it has a clear window, just put a new hubcap on it. Use Permatex Aviation Form-a-Gasket to coat the gasket before installing.

We found the covers caught all the oil, and water. What we did was make sure the hub wasn't leaking then put a red shop rag behind the cap, that solved that issue.

One tip I was told is that if breather hole in the rubber cap is obstructed it will build up enough pressure in the cap to push out oil
