I stand corrected. I looked at the CNN story again, and it clearly has the guardrail sitting 90ish degrees of the Eagle truck...I guess I should pay better attention to my own thread postings

Some of the drivers tickets included overweight and not carrying current proof of insurance, so it isn`t all speeding or reckless driving infractions.

When was the last time you stuck a pressure gauge on a tire? Or documented those worn spots or that vibration coming from the front end??
Tire maintenance is a two way street.

Does this means I should not set the cruise a matic, slide my seat back, prop my boots up on the doghouse, stick the Dave Dudley tape in the 8 track and hammer down to shakey town???

    That should get’m spun up!

I was born and raised not to far from there, we locals know the back roads, which I still use to get down to central and south fl.

Oh yeah we used to use every cut off we could running soy and cotton seed out of South Ga, corn and gluten out of Lake City, running pulp back up......

The old days when 27 had nothing on it. You could get a good meal at Lake Panasofkee, cutting through the phosphate mines to get down to Avon Park and Clewiston......

But 75 is a PIA especially on holidays. Hell it has been backing up in Ocala every holiday since the 80's.

But it's the rookie training ground. Drivers aren't certified to use 95 until they master 75

95 is ok until you hit Palm Coast. Then it is a matter of survival of the fastest.
