Not sure where to post this so if any moderators think this should be in a different section of the forum feel free to move it.
The following video was recorded on my dashcam Today (11/16/2012) at around 5:45 this morning. The dash cam time was messed up because i removed the battery last week and forgot to set the time up again.

How many times has this happened to you guys? I can say this is the first for me, I've had plenty of people go left of center towards me but none completely in my lane. Had I not came to an almost stop and if the 4-wheeler didn't wake up or whatever I'm glad I would have had video evidence of what actually happened to protect myself and my career from someone so stupid.

Wow, that was too close.
Glad you managed to get it slowed and whoa'd. So far (knocking on wood) I've not had that close an experience. Just the impatient ones passing. 2 wks ago in Tulsa, almost got to see 2 head-on collisions from people passing me. This was within 5 mins of each other and within 2 miles of road. Speed limit was 50mph, I was doing 40, winding it up, on a narrow 2-lane.
