I just spoke to a recruiter yesterday about a linehaul gig and he quoted me .52cpm to start, to top out .62cpm in 2 years. I don't remember what he said for hourly, sorry. This is in the northwest. He also said insurance for family of 4 is around $36/week. It's $175/week where I'm currently working. So yeah, sounds pretty good to me too.

Let me know what terminal you are looking for and I can tell you the starting pay. I can confirm that the Cin region, we started out at 21.84 and top out at 25.12 after 18 months for hourly and linehaul is 54/64.

Worked out of Portland for 3 1/2 years. The biggest problem was they only use seniority for vacations and lay offs. You could be there 25 years (saw it happen more than once) and if TM did not like you, he would sit you the next day. Top senior driver refused to come in on Sat and that is just what happened. I put in for an open transfer to Boise and the TM refused, citing 'I need you here'.
