what are my chances , Apart from marrying a us citizen I’m guessing Applying for a visa to come over and drive temporary is out and A harvest run is just pure slave Labour . With the High number of unemployed in the USA companies wouldn’t be interested in bringing drives in on a short term Basis , I’m Irish ☘️ before I start getting called a ####### or camel jockey .

A company would need to apply to Immigration with backing from the labor department in order to have a work visa issued.

Marriage (family based application) is by far the fastest route.

You could do some research and see if any companies are offering H2B work visas.

I’m originally from NZ. I went through the whole process - lots of $$ and time, now I’m a naturalized citizen.

I seriously doubt A H2B visa would be issued with the High unemployment rate in the
    USA .

Marriage is probably my Best bet of getting in I just need a rich Irish American chick .

Well - I beg to differ. Companies are screaming for drivers, and I was under the impression that unemployment is relatively low right now.

I first worked for D and D Sexton, then Freymiller on H2B status. Back in 2003/4 there was a couple that had set up in Aussie, recruiting and handling the paperwork and liaison with Immigration and Labor department, and the trucking companies.

You'll have better luck getting into Canada. They really need drivers.

Canada is sort of like the US so you will be welcomed there.

We have enough drivers, and still have a pretty large pool of labor resources in the country to cover our need, we don't need any visa issued for truck drivers.
