The last time I did a road test, 7 of us were piled inside the (sleeper) cab and all the tester said was "don't hit any curbs and you'll be fine."
Well 1 driver did hit a curb (and didn't seem to notice), at which point the rest of us exchanged looks. The tester, who had been watching the mirror & probably expected it to happen, said "Boy, I wish they would fix that pothole."
We all passed...
Getting nervous about impending road test..

Thanks a lot for the tips!! I'm planning on going to the Indy terminal next week to apply (already talked to HR)
Do you know how long a application to a road test takes?? I might can only stay a week in town before going back to VA.. I heard OD's application process is very long -
Tu Che!

If you're on the road test phase, I think you're just about done. Other newer OD guys maybe able to answer better. It all has to go through High Point, which takes time, but I believe you're already pre approved.
-
PRE APPROVED...yes pre approved. Just don't hit anything. O&O

I actually had a road test where they wanted us to float. It was for a local ready mix company.
