Don't come here, you'll be micromanaged to death
And you won't make any money.
Any run of the mill job is better.

Just ask all the ones who left,
    Then begged to come back.

    68.

No cameras. The flip side is that your aren’t even allowed to use your own dashcam to cover your own ###.

Curious on the company's reasoning for this. Anyone ever tell you why?

Because as much as it could help you, it could also hurt you AND the company. Therefore Poly does not want that potential liability. Their sandbox, their rules.

Could be very bad for the driver but it makes some sense from the company's point of view.

Plus, you wouldn't want the secret formula for mediocre trash bags to fall into the competition's hands.

This is the first company I have worked for that employs anti-siphon grills on the fuel tanks.

Last week I had to park on a dirt lot off an exit. I woke up to find the cap open during the pre-trip (I'm sure I closed it after fueling). Still had a full tank of fuel.

At my last job, had 2 entire tanks of fuel stolen while the truck was parked at a truck stop.

Since they pay hub miles do they require you to follow a certain route?

No, there is some sort of miles tolerance vs what they think it should take you.

It was explained at orientation, but I can’t remember what it was somewhere between 5%-10%.

I have never tried to push the limit to test it though.
