Thanks JD. Watched a video on the ClimaCab unit and seems mine just has a problem of some sort coming on when the truck is not running. Fuses look ok so just going to have to have the shop folks look at it when I have some time. Talking to LilRob found out that we don't have an additional cabinet where I thought one should be so I can't bust the last driver for that but I will get him for jacking the antennas before he left herOh well all is pretty good and December has been a good month for miles so as soon as I get some of the things remedied for the truck should be a great 2013. Happy holidays to all.
Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Well things are shaping up about as good as I could hope for. Got a call from Outbound that no loads available until Wednesday but I did a little lobbying and they were able to get me a load leaving today that delivers in New Hampshire on the 2nd. That will get me home early Wednesday morning with an added stopover at my mom's tonight and I will be able to be home for my daughters birthday on the 30th which makes me happy. Also on the APU front I took the truck to the shop this morning and they changed out the batteries for me pretty promptly and that got the APU functioning properly. Now just have to get the invertor added to it sometime next month and should be fully ready to rock and roll.

I hope all you guys had a good Christmas. Been following you for some time now. Actually talked to Poly last year at the truck show in Las Vegas but was a little surprised no one knew much about their Medical Insurance. Anybody know the facts? Also it seems you go a lot in areas that snow. How often are you Chaining? Those mom and pops , do they pose a problem when its snowing. Just Asking

Medical is a PPO type plan with a co-pay and no deductable when using in-system providers. The cost for emplyee is about $24p/w. The spouse (or first eligable family member) will cost about $46p/w, and all other participants cost about $25p/w.
Poly does go to areas were snow and ice can be a problem, and if delivering a load on time means you need to chain, then you will need to do o. HOWEVER, if you don't want to throw chains, you have the option of not taking out-bound loads to those areas.
