IMG_1263.png These are great weeks. Low downtime. No late loads. No break downs. Basically no problems at all. Next week is $320… only 50% chance of getting paid to tarp loads

Get ahold of literally anyone else. System transport, central Oregon truck co, dynamic transit, van eerden, I think swift pays more than that.

That’s fuked. As a company flat bed driver I was disappointed when I had a week that was lower than $2100. Stay away from megas once you have experience that will qualify you for something better

    mjd4277 and 77fib77 Thank this.

WE is a NOT 2nd chance company because they have good pay & benefits. I think you said you preferred to start now at a 2nd chance company than delay starting until you found a better option.

"You can pay me now or pay me later."

    Thanks for you military service.

This video seems to be over-optimistic and the reality is we have a long way to go. They put a term on what has been deemed for decades as the low point of the shipping cycle. This is also looking at large carriers as the metric, this is the only group that reports rejection rates and is put in the position to have flexible contracted rates.

We still have a while to go, most of the estimations put the rising rates and lowering of capacity to within 10% of the norm around 2nd quarter of 2025.

I do disagree with FW, we have had overcapacity and lowering rates since 2017.

My tenure as a temp driver had an average of $1000 net a week and most of the time I wouldn't hit 50 hours a week.

Couldn’t agree more, I think it’s going to be a long grind up, if in fact the bottom is actually in. There’s still a massive over supply of trucks and nearly as many drivers. They’ll have to start building at record pace to even things out.
