Well lets see, as a owner you can tell her what she can do with that. I would have a fast phone call and tell her, strike 1, and this is not base ball with 3 strikes, only 2, then a call with TM, and not even the FM. Me thinks that some one is way over stepping their bounds.

Back in Commerce, GA. Pulled in with 2.5 hours left on my 70. Could I have gone farther, yes. But this is Friday and I-85S into Atlanta can back up real fast and this is the start of rush hour. I need all the driving time that I have, not waste it on backups. I have until now Monday morning to get to Laredo. Got a offer from Command, back to NC, 1600 miles, and the problems, 160 dh, then the 1600 miles, pu at 1500 on Monday and had to del on Thursday. I would have been out of hours by the time loaded. I will be getting into Laredo with a little over 8 left on my 70, and in 2 days only picking up 17.

What you do is accidently take an extended breakfast (key thing is to not touch the messages). When they try to load you up with a service failure you say #1 I didn't read the messages, #2 where is my Mac9 accepting the load?
The service failure would then go to the DM. That will just about be the end of the DM accepting loads for you.
`At a classy turck stop in Portland OR. Got first stop unloaded unfortunately final is closed til Monday so will be visiting family this weekend which takes some of the pain away.
Edit: Since I have only a partial load now final can unload those few pallets and reload for OKC and final in Dallas yay.Last edited: Sep 5, 2014

I-25N ex235 between Denver and Ft Collins. Hiding behind a Huddle House.
Not too bad of a drive up 287 thru the TX panhandle and eastern CO. The grief started when I hit the stop and go traffic in Denver on I-70W and the 270 bypass to I-25. You'd think some Swift bean counter would suggest using the 470 tollway if your load is going north instead burning all the fuel and risking accidents by putting you into town. Toll has to be cheaper and more efficient.
Dropping in the morning in Ogden UT. No ppln yet, asked but have not received. -
I turned down that load while I was in Ft. Worth (Pasadena to Ogden)

castaic ca at the pilot. took a chance and drove here for the nite. was still a couple spot available at 1600
. drive to jurupa terminal tomorrow and tcall this load. then spend the next day visiting freinds.

Haha!! Be glad you did. This hasn't been my most fun trip. So heavy I have to keep my tanks half full or less. Took half the day just to get out of Houston.
