Pilot in Chillicothe OH where I finally got to have Moe's. Yummmmmmm Gonna shut down here and catch my Badgers beating Duke tnite. Make Em Believe!!!!

Delivering up near motor city in am after an enormous cluster truck getting back after home time. I can't complain. The two lost days I got to enjoy at home. It continued into this morning but my dm got back in and all was well.

I-77 north was filled with snow birds reflocking north. Merging seemed to be a challenge.

Apparently some bad weather coming. Need to keep an eye on that tnite.

    Stay safe friends.

I spent 4 hours there, so it could have been a lot worse.
I had to wait some extra time because they ran out of product and had to wait for the factory to send more.
Then another 30 minutes because their server went down and they couldn't print the BOL.
And there were still 8 trucks waiting when I left. Many had been there since 0600 or so.

Gary terminal. Got to my drop south of Chicago, and went to hook to a 54 series trailer. The usual pounding on pins, etc and then 2 1/2 hours with Onroad to get three blown tires replaced. Real cute how some people are too lazy to send a macro when they drop a trailer.

At the FlyJ on I-49 south of KC.

Wrapped up my load from PA to Harrisonville MO this morning and after doing my Ecall find that my load from KS down to Newnan GA had been removed back at 5am. Real courteous of the planners to bother telling me that. Found out by calling my DM to dispatch me on it after the system didn't. She fired off a note to the planner who pulled it off me but I never heard the reason why.

A few minutes later I got another ppln..same miles but heading north instead of south and a D/H at both ends. Ran down to Springfield MO to pick it up and will drop it in Eau Claire WI tomorrow. Will still end up with good miles for the week.

(Some cat just backed into my trailer!!...no harm done, thankfully)

Grabbed a Mac30 load from Eau Claire to Minot ND to keep me rolling tomorrow. Not too heavy. I haven't been there yet so I thought lets go take a look.

Sweetwater, TX. Drop this one a little after 11 in morning then run over to Home Depot and grab one for Golden by 2045 on Wednesday. End the week with about 1900 miles. Not bad for not coming out until Sunday and no truck payment yet. This load and next one all of 11K and right now at 8.5mpg and not even broke in yet and a headwind most of the way from El Paso. Getting to really like this auto.

Pretty much the middle of nowhere.
Hopefully you can snag a decent load out, from someplace.

You also may want to find the closest TA/Petro/Love's on route to your destination to fuel at before getting there. Up there, there are not many places Swift uses any more now that Pilot/J are nearly banned.
I've been left high and dry in some areas because of it.

    HousTank Thanks this.

Yep last time I as through North Dakota, stopped at the J in western ND, a Swifty was begging for fuel on the phone with Phoenix. He was arguing that there was no way he was going to make it to Fargo for his fuel stop. Finally he came up to the fuel desk and said they opened him up for 30 gallons. Gee not even an amount to give him the common courtesy of a free shower lol.
