    For my 1st load coming back yestsrday.. load going from fontana to woodland. Sat at shipper for 3 hrs due to not having trailer number on dispatch. Finally got it and it's another companies trailer. Shipper made a clinical error and put load on swift and not the correct company.
    So picked up in carson and heading to pueblo co

    Problem with Inver Grove Heights is no planners. Towards the end of my time @ IGH the DM's were told NOT to steal loads from planners and most of them wouldn't. Maybe things have changed since I left (Jan 2016) but I would check before I changed.

    I know they are planned out of Edwardsville, but that isn't the problem.
    My terminal at Otay Mesa also does not have planners.

    I think the problem is where my home terminal is.
    Since near the beginning of this year I have been planned exclusively to run in the far west, and I think it has to do with being in a far western terminal.
    It may be a Knight thing, since they just took over.
    If that is the case, and I am being restricted to the region of my home terminal, then changing to a central terminal should get me running in the central region of the country.
    And I would much rather run that part of the country.

    Right now I feel like a prisoner to the west.
    From MN I got a load to Cheyenne, WY. From there a short local run from the Denver terminal, and stacked on that was a load going back to SoCal.
    I countered the SoCal load with unacceptable times to lose it.
    The next response was another load from the same shipper to the same receiver using my times.

    There are loads ALL over the country from MN, but all this year I have been put right back to CA, OR, and WA.
    I hate it!
    I am OTR, all 48. And I want to run all over the place. If I wanted regional I would have asked for it.

    Put your home-request deep in the opposite direction. As soon as you're loaded in that direction call someone and cancel home-request. You still have the load and eligible for a new home-request.

    finishing a 34 hour reset in KY, delivering my load in the morning.

    I've tried that before, to no avail. It seems my home time request can not be canceled.
    And my home time is in MN!!! Right in the middle of the country!
    The odds would be either way from there, it always has been before this year, but I have been always put right back to the far west this year.

    Something has changed, and it is driving me CRAZY!!!

    Las Vegas nm. Got here last nite with 15 minutes on 11. 629 miles yesterday. They gave me the wrong comdata card at orientation. Had a hard time fueling at the loves at the lake havesu exit. Spent about 45 minutes on the phone on hold. . See what today brings lol.

    Don’t do macro 30. All you ever get are piece of crap loads that nobody wants. Better if you call your DM or planner directly.
