Picked up a light, 7500# load from northern California going to Ft Worth TX with lots of time on it. I thought someone would have mercy on my and have me tcall it in Albuquerque or Lancaster but no news was good news as I was getting 8.4 miles per gallon and was chillaxin' on an easy run to finish out my 2400 mile week.

Boom Elog blows up, Tcall in Albu and pick up another Tcall same place, hazmat going to Dallas. So a few more miles plus $35 bucks for the hazmat sweet. Weighs a little more but the fuel I was going to buy anyway to finish the trip will still be enough plus I get emptied out on Tuesday morning instead of Wednesday night. Plus I have been to that place before so I can jam right in there instead of gangsta rolling down the street looking for the address and truck entry which is usually different.

 

Spending the night across from the Great Salt lake with a snow covered mountain behind me just a chillin
