Trying to get home time in MN this weekend, and was given a load that t-called here.

20 minutes before I got here I get a message from my DM telling me I need to be in Phoenix by Friday to trade in my truck.
That's at least 3 days drive from Inver Grove Heights.

And now I have a load picking up Sunday which I should be able to t-call that night in MN, but if I'm to get to AZ by Friday I'll only have 1 day for home time. :biggrin_25513:

Anthony, TX. Thought about the yard, then decided against it. Not in the mood to be around a bunch of weiny drivers today.

Been there couple of times, nobody's bothered me ... But then I'll probably be staying in ATL tomorrow night. At mm5 on I85 in NC.

Truck is broke has no pulling power couldn't even go over 40mph stuck in Gary for next 3 days at least, Monday before they'll even look at it that's just dumb they need more mechanics or something everytime I try to get into the shop it's always 3 day wait with the joke pay of $50 a day that won't even. Uh a tank of gas for my car they need to let us trucks to outside shops if we gotta wait that long

Had that happen a couple times.
Once was an air filter, the other was fuel filters.
A quick 30 minute fix - if you do it yourself, or have an on-the-ball shop.

Besides a fuel filter, I've had a stuck injector do the same thing.

If the DPF gets too clogged it will derate the engine, limited power and no jakes going downhill.

Northern Utah Sunday morning here, thinking about getting a room next door as next load does not pick up til tomorrow afternoon. Will explain on the +1 thread.

If you work really hard you too can own a little skiff like this guy's $42 million dollar yacht with just $7 million upgrades from spare change. Docked at the marina in Stockton CA.

Well, dropped trailer this morning and had a load offered which I took, back to Ontario for early Tues morning. So moved all the way from the west side of El Paso to the East side. This is where we get burned in miles.
