I'm out of the Laredo terminal and they don't have a truck wash. I get a PO, once a month, from my DM and the money is put on my Comdata card. Laredo drivers consistantly have the lowest number of backing accidents of any terminal so they aren't anal about sending a bs message. There isn't a POD there as far as I know and we are very well taken care of by our bullpen people.

    What's a POD?

Ft. Bridger, WY at the TA. My load planner special (grabbing) delivery got moved up (ankles) to 8am tomorrow. I replied I had a deal with the planner for 1130 as a condition to accepting the load. Got a reply to deliver asap tomorrow.

I probably could have made the 8am, 114 miles, but I would have had to leave way early to beat the traffic getting all the way across SLC. Not getting up at 330am three days in a row.

In Kansas City, Plus 1 computer kept trying to offer me loads going east and north from here, the one offer going west was to Montana, 1000 miles and 4 days to get there would put me late for hometime.I kept turning them down, but it kept sending me the same east loads. Finally sent a freeform, 'need to go west to Cali' and got stacked on 2 loads getting me up to SLC.

Have fun fr8, I read you are prepping for retirement, I heard it's cheap do it in the Philippines.

Still in Phoenix. The truck has bounced around from the body shop to service and now back to the body shop. Lots of mechanical work. Everything except alingment was covered by warranty, like adjust toe, ECM tuneup, loose clamps around the turbo, new fuel sensor. Hopefully no more being off between 50-60 gallons. There was some other stuff that they found. Already pushed out the PTA. The wife is now officially Swift. Here at the hotel.
