Stilll in Lancaster. Techs from International came out to replace the entire ac system and in another swift move by another Swift shop the repair order was never logged so nothing else got done. At the last minute they lubed the clutch release bearing slide and the linkage and said it should be fine. Yeah, no. Went to get my morning coffee, off duty-driving is too cool, and it locked up so bad I was afraid I'd have to be towed back. I'm going to talk to Lucy Herrera in Phoenix in the morning to see if I can take it to International.

Got a 14k, 3 stop Home Depot load going to Grand Island and Lincoln, NE after my 34 reset is done 9am. Got to chat for a few minutes with Inkeeper today.

Albuerquie, NM... One of those days... Arrived at final only to be told comeback tomorrow... Eaxctly 24 hrs... Asked my DM to tcall at terminal... Waited around And hear nothing till my 14 has 3 hrs left... Ok... Big snafu finally get it figured out... Went to next shipper 2 blocks away, 1.5 hrs left... No one at shipped, no paperwork in the 3 loaded swift trailers... Next load is gonna be late... CYA... Good. Night.​

 

anyone know of food around mira loma terminal? im starving. or how to get some or if anyone delivers here

 

Sorry, can not help about Mira Loma. One terminal that I avoid unless either pu or t-call a load.

 

Thorntons on I-55 in Il. Was going to get farther today with this "Hot Load", but it took CAT over 3 hours to load. Arrived 2 hours before shift change, and they decided that let 2nd shft load me. As soon as 2nd shift started, another truck pulled in, dropped his trlr in the door next to me, and within 30 mins, he was hooking his trailer back up and was out of there. Pulled in here with all of 30 mins left. Now have to push it again so that can get down around Atlanta tomorrow before there is no parking left.
