Son was in Huston to pick up trailer, spent three hrs , 1st was wrong trailer ( company said oops) 2nd had sand in it and no way to clean it out sent to third and told to wait for it to be loaded , already was ! took it to phar TX, he says swift owns so many trailer were they bought out other company's its hard to find right numbers, has anyone had this kind of trouble before !!

 

Still chilling in OKARK border town, everything is pick up on tommorrow, getting a 34 on. Here's an inspiring load offer, no thanks lol.

 

I have this problem occasionally. Some days I spend more time trying to get an empty than I do driving.

Still at the J in Joplin, MO. Been here long enough for a 34....except for the fact I went on duty and drove this morning to pick up my load. Will have 14 hrs on my 70 tomorrow. Gonna take the senic short route to Hopkinsville, KY rather than Swift's suggested route...which is 100 miles further! For once I'm actually gonna drive LESS than the paid miles, happens about every 50 or so loads.

 

Get to leave this TA outside of Cheshire, CT finally at 4am. 34 hour reset done and ready to roll.

 

Rockwall, TX. Drop in morning, then roll over to Grand Prairie and grap one for around Allentown, PA for Saturday. Not real sure about a Sat del. Home Depot, drop, with a 30 minute window. When sent pplan, talked to my dm because it said no appt, so he looked up the history for the latest ones that have been comming from TX to that DC, and they have all been showing windows of at least 8 hours. Guess that I got lucky. 0900-0930. Now just have to figure where to park so that I can arrive within that window
