Remember that the thing with Home Depot is you can get there anytime, just do NOT do your arrival macro before earliest allowed time. I am pretty sure you can get there and park behind the store if you wish.

It is a DC. Wish that it was a store. Never had a problem getting there early.

At the J in Oak Grove, KY (just south of the Walmart DC in Hopkinsville).

Knuckleheaded planner keeps sending me preplans to pick up at the P&G plant 180 miles from here which I keep rejecting. Pairs it with another load hoping I'll bite, last one was a 4-day load to Laredo, 4 days and only 1100 miles, I DON'T THINK SO!

I've got a Home Depot load too, 4000 pounds.

Deadhead this week will be 24% ouch.

Got loaded in Bumlick Missouri some time ago after 150 miles of deadhead, pulled up just short of the big city to avoid rush hour and take a quick 8 hour sleeper. Finish the 2 hour break somewhere close to the final then bounce out to 1 of 2 great places to take a shower and walk Abby for miles and miles.

Scotty, I think I got your crack smoking planner. Has been sending me crap preplans almost as fast as I can turn them down. I did find one I might have taken but they sent it back to me WITHOUT changing the delivery date. Looks like I may be sitting as the Mac 30 picking are just as bad.

    scottied67 Thanks this.

Sometimes I'm glad to be a company driver.

No worries about mt miles, better pay for short runs, etc.

I got out of Laredo, and into Lancaster.
    Not much better, but better.

As soon as I dropped the t-call load I had a pplan.
90 miles to a live load, and 111 miles to the final - also live.

No mt trailer yet, but that is more their problem than mine at ths point. I'm about 15th on the list for an mt.
And if it works out I'll have another couple hundred miles on the next paycheck.
After a $16 paycheck this week, it will certainly help. (long story...)

Prescott, AR. After mt this morning and received dispatched, received another message saying appt window changed, 0900-0915 with instructions saying that can not deliver earlier or later than the window. Msg DM and asked about it, and was told 0900-2000. That was alot easier to deal with. No idea why it changed from the original, 0900-0930.
