Can they not find you a load that can be tcalled in Lathrop?


This would be one of those advantageous times to be leasing a truck from Swift, you could just bobtail up to Sacramento.

 

Sitting at the Sumner terminal, been here since I MTed out this morning. NOTHING on Mac 30, DM says Sumner was 70 loads short today.

First time I've been on the wet side of WA since I moved from here in 2009. Almost forgot how much I like it over here.

made it to pilot t/s off i-465 ex.4 in indiana. drove 629 miles today

 

Lathrop is almost as far away as San Jose, I doubt I would be allowed to dh from either.

Leasing? Don't think so. I don't have a head for that.

I'll get to San Jose and see if my DM will deadhead me to Sac for a better 'position' if I don't yet have a load there.
If not, I'll just make my way that extra ~150 miles 'till I can get there.
The bad thing is, this home time timing might be the key to a home time in April that I need.

Still sitting in Sumner. At least the temperatures are reasonable (mid 40s) and I don't mind the rain.

 

I asked my dm if I could t-call in Lathrop and then head up to Sacramento for my home time.
A few minutes ago I got the t-call update for my load.

Looks like I'll be there for Michelle's birthday after all.

 

still in lancaster, did get a nice light load going uo to chicago that picks up tomorrow. back up into the snow for me...

 

Sitting in Denver currently and judging by all the trucks here, might be here all weekend. nothing on mac30 for us but normally never is team loads on there. But this week is already paid for if we get nothing until monday, drove from wednesday: memphis tn to NC, picked up in SC then delivered here this morning 2500 miles or so.
