Yes they sent me this offer of 140 loaded miles with 98 empty miles, but at the bottom of offering was "I will back you up" lol. 2200 mile back up yay. I was confused because both were pick up around the same time. So Ididn't commit to the 2200 mile one yet. The 140 mile one was set up such that I had to start my day at a certain time so the 14 enveloped the last stop-- not much driving but had to be at the stops on time. Hit Arrived At Shipper with 3 minutes to spare there, got to 1st stop 1 hour early, got breakfast and walmart was across the street yay. The yahoos were taking forever to unload so I called the next stop guy says, drop/hook anytime don't worry about appt time yay. But I had to drop my loaded, hook the empty, drop the empty, hook my loaded and back it in, drop, hook back up to the empty uggh. Then I jammed over to the 2200 mile load that they pestered me to accept, dropped and hooked for the 4th time in one day-- I had to do some serious trip planning on that one-- using recap hours. I plotted the days out using blank logs, each line representing a day, wrote the available hours in the boxes to the right, plotted out the final time plus 2 hours for the the 14 and worked backwards to today 10 hour break 11 hours driving, 14's etc worst case scenario. Then I plotted it forwards, and even plotted it split breaking and rolled the hours every which way and it appears I will have 42 hours to do this job. Swift's directions have me going across 70 (I'm in wilkes barre pa now) then working down squiggly red lines on the map which I know are 2 way roads, with lots of little towns. I'm considering jamming down I81 and I40 all the way on freeways full speed.

Yep that's my home terminal. One of the few places you actually *have* to enter the office area to scan your paper work. There's a family of cats living in the parking lot and somebody supplies them with a huge bowl of catfood weekly. The family keeps getting bigger, not sure that's doing them a favor.

Here in Menesha. When I arrived, they said that they can not touch the truck. It is still under warranty, so in the morning, off to Freightliner. Already set up. Just hope that a part is not needed and have to wait until Monday. Guess hotel tomorrow night, and get a 34. Why not, only have 6 available in the morning. Wonder if I have to log driving 15 miles to the dealer. If so, there goes the 34.
