I know a town called Joppa, they use the third telephone pole to hide behind from the second set of lights inside the town gate. Been catching people "Right there" for over 50 years.

It is not I whom is showing his ignorance. I clearly stated this and even provided a link to a FMCSA webpage. Warnings DO NOT show up on your driving record EVEN if an inspection report is issued. Your quoting myths. ONLY VIOLATIONS LISTED ON THE NORTH AMERICAN INSPECTION REPORT WILL SHOW IN YOUR CSA DRIVING HISTORY. OTHERWISE A WARNING IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER FIT FOR FRAMING.

I have shown the links. I have been patient primarily because of the rookies in here. There comes a time when you are wrestling with a pig in the mud you come to realize the other pig is just enjoying being in the mud. Im out. I know I am right because the FMCSA regulations back me up. I'm just going to refer you to them and go watch a new movie I got today.

Just be honest, do the right thing and tell the boss.

It isn't going to show up on your CSA or anything else.

Being honest will either result in a better relationship with the company or get you fired. If fired, you know they suck. You have a CDL and jobs are a dime a dozen, integrity is priceless.

Does it say how fast you were going? If not definitely confess it to your employer, but maybe you are mistaken about the actual speed limit and your speed. "Can you believe that guy pulled me over for 2 over the limit?"

Anything he gave you in writing has to be submitted to your company within 7 days.

If he waved you off with nothing, you're golden.
