Got my CDL yesterday

Where are you located crazy and if I may ask why are you starting your career with a crap company?

 

What part of California? What endorsements do you have?

 

Should have gotten all the endorsements while in cdl school. Too late now, so you'll have to get them when you get some time off at home.

 

Sounds like you weren't giving the full story. The way I understand it the shipper is required to provide you the placards for the load. I can't speak to license points or ticket amounts.

 

Congrats on getting your CDL. What school did you go to? You should go get your TWIC and HME clearance, some companies will pay for it, but it is one less thing you have to do. The HME Clearance will be sent to DMV electronically and just sits in your electronic file until you pass the HazMat Endorsement test. Once you pass the test it is automatically added as an endorsement and you do not have to wait 6-8 weeks.
