Thanks the only thing that I would that might be a problem is that in California you can't record someone on the phone without that person permission. I am not sure how that works out if others states have that law.

Where are you located crazy and if I may ask why are you starting your career with a crap company?
-
California what company do you think is not crap?
-
What part of California? What endorsements do you have?
-
southern California and I was told to get driving experience before I get my endorsements.
-
milehunter43, UsualSuspect and SingingWolf Thank this.
-
Well I was going to do that but I was told that the hazmat is a bad one to get because all tickets are double and points to. I had a recruiter that told us that the missing placards on hazmat is a $5,000 ticket.
-
Sounds like you weren't giving the full story. The way I understand it the shipper is required to provide you the placards for the load. I can't speak to license points or ticket amounts.
-
Well she was referring to that if it Falls off while you are driving that you can get a ticket for that much. That and the dot see you as money driving because they know how much those tickets are .

Congrats on getting your CDL. What school did you go to? You should go get your TWIC and HME clearance, some companies will pay for it, but it is one less thing you have to do. The HME Clearance will be sent to DMV electronically and just sits in your electronic file until you pass the HazMat Endorsement test. Once you pass the test it is automatically added as an endorsement and you do not have to wait 6-8 weeks.
