    Well from what I was told a crash can cost a Company almost $1 million depending how bad it is. So I don't understand why would they push drivers if you are too tired to drive or if you don't think it is safe to drive.

    I think what he means is the Terminal Manager is like a recruiter, they are the salesman for the company. Just think of them like a used car salesman, they have seats to fill, and if you fill it they get a little bonus in their checks.

    It can cost a company $10's of millions and has in the past. I doubt you'll have that problem with Elogs. Many drivers take pictures of Qualcom messages if the messages are questionable or the driver feels a need to protect themselves in the future.
    Choose a company that doesn't have listening devices inside the truck and hit the road; you're overthinking this.
