That towing coverage is worth having. I had it with Ooida. Used it twice, in 8 yrs. Blown Engine in Williamsburg Ky. Towed Loaded T/T Knoxville. Wreck in NJ, towed to Shop, Elizabethtown Truck. The Collision Shop Manager highly suggested Great West, as the best by far for paying claims. I’ve have Northland now, for about 10 yrs. They’ve been real good so far. Only 2 small claims, I backed into a pickup truck in a McDonalds parking lot. Never heard a thing. Backed into a Jaguar in a Kroger’s parking lot, never heard a thing either. No deductible paid or anything. Both obviously my fault, despite circumstances.

Had Northland for several years. Switched to Great West the last 5 years. Premium this year around $7g.

I was happy with Northland, but GW had premium lower by 2g. Including the disappearing deductible and the breakdown coverage.
2021 premium went down $400 annual.

At Northland, on the other hand, you don't need 3rd party financing. if you finance with them directly, only 5 dol convienince fee for each settlement. Paying full premium at the renewal does not save too much.

Went with GW and saved $4k on physical damage on truck and 2 trailers - over Gallagher.

LS would not take the UL policy.

Dealt with Crawford Phillips out of OKC - awesome agent.

I got a quote from GW for about $11k for a new authority and that included hazmat. Will go to $24k if I opt for the $5 million coverage that some hazmat requires. GW is much better than progressive according to my agent.

I filled out the form on their website. It asked what area I'm in. Afterward, its said: "so and so@atozinsurance will get with you within two days". Is that how it went when you guys tried to contact them the first time?

Just call a local agent to you.
    Much better than web service.
My experience has been really good with my agent. He provides all information directly to me. Most times with a phone call (my preference) even though I could access the information on the web.
    Good luck.
