Greater omaha express ..thread 2.

This place I'm at on 39th st in Brooklyn right now is real special too lol

 

No Vic I'm at my favorite hiding spot at snow shoe pa after making a north jersey pick after Brooklyn .
Wanted to get to Hubbard tonite but think ida been about 20 minutes shy on the electronic babysitter clock .
I considered going for you it but it's to early to piss off the safety director lol

 

He he he ....sitting in line here at the blue beacon in Hubbard I finally figured out how to make this truck idle ...just set the trailer brakes and leave the tractor released.

 

Found a dry road today and had it washed ....heres your pic tomcat.

Yeah it's not bad idea for any truck and better for me cause I made it clear I'm only interested in Omaha to NYC and back and won't go to Cal or Texas .
Interior was spotless and still smelled new when I got the truck but the exterior was another story , obviously the former driver took no pride in it .
Upon leaving Omaha got into snow and slop right away all the way out .
Was surprised it cleaned up as well as it did .
Shame these kids get a brand new truck and won't lift a finger to keep it clean .
I started in junk .
Dang fuel tanks were caked in gunk and wheels were tarnished ..it's only got 99000 on it .

 

Also gotta throw this in .
It's been a hellish run with weather , road closure and breakdown .
Not once has dispatch pressured me or been rude ...in fact I seldom hear from them .
