It's nota bad gig , you are on a set schedule here but the hours suck and as a contractor employee I have 0 benefits and the money is on the weak side if you run legal .
The dispatcher here and I have had a couple misunderstandings but she is fiercly protective of her drivers when a vendor jacks us around.
Bottem line is better pay and benefits at greater O , Spartan and I are parting on good terms .
